Hello everyone, knowing the effects that it could have on someone have when they're "different" from what society says, "the norm", like being a young little girl, who has a disfigured hand, which they call her names like "Freddie Krueger", you could have a missing limb, obese, paraplegic, mentally illness, or sexual preference of the same sex; the continuous battles and discrimination's people have to go through with on a daily basis, the facade you'd have to put on to mask the hurt and pain but, if you can have just one simple wish and it would be, loved unconditionally, by someone is a wondrous feeling, I should say so myself. Also, my reflections on how someone can beat the odds, and stop that vicious cycle, when there were being abused, neglect and have abandoned issues with your parent, which you still love and wish you could have a meaningful relationship with. How this man loves his family so much, and want to show his son how much he loved him. He had sensitivity, conviction, and compassion and a host of other positive qualities. Post-AOTC
Hello everyone, my name is Diane Henry, and I'm talking about the AOTC. My reflections are abut Socrates speaking to Glaucon. Since childhood, being weighed down and all they can see is darkness; they cant move and have no control of their situation. In (3) ancient times, people describing their struggles and occurences, told their stories by drawings and carvings out/on wood and stone wing various tools. In (15), people were released from oppression and sins. In (17), man could be compelled to walk with his head up and no worries, just simply walk by faith. If man could be secure enough with his faith and self esteem he could be prepared for lives struggles. In (21), man will have better understanding of heaven and god.
